SAH - NEE

Pronounced sah-nee

French craft. Asian soul. Australian heart.

SANI is led by head pastry chef Lux Hoang, who built the cult Hindley Street patisserie Love, Stephy before turning her hand to luxury weddings, hotels and fine dining. This bakehouse is where all of that lands: laminated pastry with a Japanese accent, baked fresh every single morning.

You'll find us on the rooftop level of the Tynte Building at 88 O'Connell, sister venue to Yakisan, with terrace seats looking over North Adelaide.
